7 Days Easy Return Policy

• We have 7 days Free return policy.
• Please ensure that the products you return are unused, unworn and the original tags are intact.
• Refunds are initiated in your bank account/UPI-ID within 7-8 Working days of product receipt.
• Please share the package unboxing video for wrong product received.
• Don’t Handover Product without pick-up slip or SMS Confirmation.
• Customer has to self-ship the product if the pin code is out of serviceable area with reverse logistic.
• Don’t Accept if the package is tampered.
• Don’t share the OTP with carrier if you haven’t received the product.
• 7 Days Policy Start When Your First Original Ordered Delivered. We can not Provide 7 Days Policy in Exchange Or Refund Orders.
• We refund the amount minus Rs.200/-(adjusted towards shipping & re-stocking charges) per Order in your bank account or UPI-ID.

Exchange Policy

• There is no additional charge for any exchange orders.
• Size exchange is subject to availability. 
• Please share the package unboxing video for wrong product received.
• Only one time exchange or Refund is allowed.

Return & Exchange Policy for Sale Products

Customers are not eligible for returns on sale products, including promotions like "Buy One, Get One Free." However, exchanges are allowed only if the requested size or color is available. If the preferred size or color is unavailable, the product cannot be exchanged or returned.
