We gladly accept returns as it is a fantastic opportunity for us to show you our honesty and transparency. We will also get your feedback to improve our products and services. We encourage you to return because your satisfaction and comfort is our utmost priority. We don’t want our customers to get even slightly dissatisfied, hence we advise you to go ahead and ask for return/exchange.
Returning with Foomer is as easy as ordering. You can place return request to email us at support@thefoomer.in or call / WhatsApp us at +91 95586 39989and help us know your concern.
Typical Response Time Take 24-48 Hours.
We will schedule a time with you and instruct our shipping partner to pick up the original Foomer garment.
Make sure the garment is unused and in good state. You are required to return the main product ONLY.

Return & Exchange Policy for Sale Products
Customers are not eligible for returns on sale products, including promotions like "Buy One, Get One Free or Buy Two Get One Free." However, exchanges are allowed only if the requested size or color is available. If the preferred size or color is unavailable, the product cannot be exchanged or returned.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
- If unfortunately you have to cancel an order, kindly do so before your order is shipped. You can contact us on +91 95586 39989 or mail us on support@thefoomer.in for order cancellation.
- You get Fastest Response In WhatsApp Message compare to Email and whenever you get Solution in any media at first after that your tickets will be closed.
- If you cancel your order before it is shipped, we will refund you the entire amount.
REFUND (For orders shipped within INDIA)
1) If the customer is unsatisfied with the product delivered then he/she can raise a return request from the Returns Center and Mail with us UNPACKING Video at support@thefoomer.in or +91 95586 39989 within 7 days from the date of receiving the parcel. After analyzing the reason/reasons for return, if satisfied, Foomer Team will arrange a pick-up from your place (reverse pick up may not be available on selected pin codes Then you have to Send us by Courier).
2) We Maximum take Return 2 shirt or fewer than 2 shirts Not More Than 2 Shirts. we can not provide a refund for more than 2 shirts, we providing you Store Credit Coupon so you can Buy anything for you.
3) Prepaid orders refunds are processed to the original payment method; COD orders receive a refund in the FOOMER wallet.
4) Once we picked return shipment from your location and Delivered to our Warehouse after that we refund will be initiated within 7-8 Days.
5) A reverse shipment fee up to Rs 200 can be charged for excessive returns, which will be deducted from the refund.
6) Items purchased during special sales with free product offers, like BOGO, are ineligible for returns.
7) Orders placed using store credit are not eligible for returns. Only size exchanges will be allowed for these orders
8) Please Note: Once the products are exchanged and delivered, there is no return/exchange for the same.
9) Items to be returned must be unused, unworn, unwashed and undamaged. Return items will only be accepted in their original packaging, including but not limited to: Bopp bags, tags attached on garments (tags should be attached to the product in its original condition, if tags are unattached or cut from the product in any means the return or exchange will not be accepted), boxes or tamperproof bags and all other items received by the customer. Any item/items that have been damaged, soiled, altered or not in its original condition will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.
9) If a customer raises a return request without providing valid details—such as the reason, product images, or supporting information—our team may reject the request.
In such cases, the customer must manually ship the product to our warehouse. Once received and verified, the customer will be eligible for Store Credit only, not a refund.
Additionally, used or worn products will not be accepted for return or refund under any circumstances.
EXCHANGE
Once return shipment is picked up from your premises, we will dispatch your exchange shipment from our warehouse.
We have Provide only Once time Exchange or Refund Policy after that we can not Provided.
if your Exchange Shirts are not available then you need to selecting other shirts.
Note :You can also send back package to our warehouse address by your own if reverse pickup service not available at some location by our courier partner.
